Dual use and cost savings
The FIBER LF3015GR laser cuts not only sheets, but also pipes and profiles. Not only does it have a wide range of uses, but it also allows you to save more than 50% of space, thus increasing efficiency.
3rd Generation Aviation Aluminum Beam
It is manufactured with aerospace standards and formed by 4300 tons press extrusion molding. After aging treatment, its strength can reach 6061 T6 which is the strongest strength of all gantries. Aviation aluminum has many advantages, such as good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, low density, and greatly increase the processing speed.
Clamp Design
It adopts an pneumatic clamp design on both sides and it can modulate the center automatically. The diagonal adjustable range is 20-300mm.
Platform replacement
It accepts the exchange platform up and down and the converter is responsible for controlling the interchangeable motor. The machine is able to complete the platform in approx. 15 seconds.
Fractional automatic support
It uses an intelligent pipe support design that can solve deformation problems in the process of cutting long pipes.

Collimator lens and focus lens both have water-cooling heat sink which reduces the temperature of the cutting head to improve the life of the cutting head.
Transmission and accuracy
German quality
The G · WEIKE fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with German Atlanta gears, a Japanese Yaskawa engine and a German Neugart reducer.
The positioning accuracy of the machine tool can be 0.02 mm and the cutting acceleration is 1.5 G. The working life is up to 10 years.
